Valenzuela Continues to Innovate With 'No Contact Apprehension Program (NCAP)'
VALENZUELA CONTINUES TO INNOVATE WITH “NO CONTACT APPREHENSION PROGRAM (NCAP)”

Consistent with the goal to alleviate traffic congestion, the City Government of Valenzuela will now be implementing the "No Contact Apprehension Program" (NCAP) on September 16, 2019 along major intersections in MacArthur Highway. The pioneering project also aims to foster traffic discipline among Valenzuelanos and help in the apprehension of erring motorists.
Gracing the NCAP's launching is Mayor REX Gatchalian with the City Council, LTO Asec. Edgar Galvante, QPax Managing Director Mr. Manolo Ona and Ms. Guillerma Espiritu and Mr. Paulino Bautista from United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), 04 September 2019.
